The Incubator Format

Program Structure.

Ten to twelve weeks, structured to move participants from concept development to full operational readiness.

PHASE 1: Foundation

Systems analysis, problem definition, and concept development.

PHASE 2: Build

Design and construct the full program and operational framework.

PHASE 3: Activation

Finalize deliverables and prepare for real-world launch and stakeholder presentations.

The Capstone Project

Every participant completes a Capstone designed to move from concept to full operational readiness.
